Description
This house is ideal for relaxation, away from the madding crowd and enjoys unbeatable views over the sea, the coastal plain and the city of Salobreña. Dolphins are regularly seen from the terrace and one can hear the waves crashing against the rocks below.
Under the terrace there is a 200 m2 porch, ideal for relaxing. Both terrace and porch overlook the private pool, filled all year round. The house is surrounded by a 3,500 m2 sloping garden with pine trees and tropical plants.
The house has a basic price for up to 8 people on the terrace floor WHICH IS THE ONE LISTED HERE and then there are two studios for 4 people each that can be added, one or the other, or both, if the group on the terrace floor requires them . The studios are not rented independently to different groups, we only have one group at a time renting the house.
In the basic price of the terrace floor there is a large bedroom with 4 single beds and a large, built-in shower, plus another bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower in the corridor and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The studio on the porch level has 2 single beds and a double sofa bed with a full size shower and a tiny kitchenette. This studio is prepared to be used by wheelchair users.
The studio on the terrace floor has a shower shared by the two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds and a living room, as well as a small independent kitchen.
