This energy-efficient and charming 63 m² holiday home sits right by the canal in Øer Maritime Holiday Village. You get a well-designed house with new quality furniture, two bedrooms and four sleeping places. The layout is simple, functional and ideal for a relaxing break.

The house includes an entrance with space for coats, a bathroom with a large shower and an open-plan kitchen-living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. The living room features a large sofa, TV, dining area and access to the terrace with lounge furniture, cushions and a barbecue.

Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and a loft. Everything was renovated in 2021 and appears modern and convenient.

Outside, the holiday experience continues. The resort offers a sports hall with padel, badminton and fitness facilities. Outdoors you’ll find mini golf, tennis courts, football areas and a large playground. The small islands, bridges and canals create a unique maritime atmosphere.
