In total there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, work table and wardrobe/dressing room.
Air-conditioning. Direct exit to the terrace and the pool (water treated with salt).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Living room and dining room with wood burning fireplace, table with 6 chairs. Satellite TV. And direct access to a fully equipped open kitchen, with all the accessories and a table with chairs, with a wood-burning fireplace. Dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave.
With access from outside there is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a trundle bed (possibility to sleep 2 people). Fan.
Another bedroom with a double bed. Air-conditioning.
Exterior:
Swimming pool, 9 x 5 meters Terrace with barbecue and porch to eat in the shade. Parking.
Land of 6000 m2 with fruit trees.
Located in the center of the Island, with a good summer atmosphere.
A 10-minute walk from the town of Algaida, with good typical Majorcan restaurants, food shops, renowned patisseries and bakeries. There is a bus stop 5 minutes' walk away.
Very close to the Sanctuary of Cura, Randa and Llucmajor... and 25 minutes by car from the best beaches on the island: Sa Rápita, Ses Covetes, Es Trenc!
