There is a large lounge, full of natural light, together with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect fr the preparation of meals of any kind. On this floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a WC. Stairs lead down to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), a WC, and a comfortable sitting area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over, are located on the upper floor. They are respectively a double and a bunk-bed room. The villa also offer a useful gym. Extensive terraces provide lovely views.
Outside the villa is a true oasis, surrounded by manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. There is an large private swimming pool , measuring 10m x 4m (depth 1.5m).
