Holiday home in Jammerbugt

Holiday cottage located close to the sea and beach in the popular southern part of Løkken in quiet, scenic surroundings and in walking distance to the town. The house was built in 1976, modernised and extended in 2007, very well maintained and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (one with door from the sun yard), mezzanine, bathroom with shower and a large patio and carport that can also used as a covered terrace. For heating there is both air-to-air heat pump and wood-burning stove so that energy costs can be kept to a minimum. The decor is tasteful, modern and light. The living room is large and spacious. The large windows and high ceiling gives a nice sense of space. The living room has direct access to the sun yard. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
