Description
There is a 5 minute walk from the property to the sandy beach “Playa Centro” with all services. There is also a stone beach in a quiet zone within a 5 minute walk too.
There is a pleasant promenade zone within a 5 minute walk too. This is parallel to the sea. All the bars and restaurants as well as the town centre, museums and the central market are within walking distance.
A golf course can also be found around the area, it is 10 minutes away by car.
If your stay is longer than 12 days, we will change the sheets and towels free of charge every week.
This property, although small, has high ceilings and good lighting as well as ventilation. Some of the features that are available in the property are: air conditioning, fans, WIFI, TV, hot water etc.
It can accommodate up to 5 adults. There is one room with a 1,50 m bed, another room with a bunk bed (2 90 cm beds and a single 90cm bed). All beds have sheets, duvets/blankets in winter.
The kitchen, although small, is very well equipped. It includes pans, pots, general kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, plates, cutlery, butane gas stove and a microwave.
The dining room has an extendable table, sofa and armchair. You can also find a small cabinet with wine glasses, soda glasses, mugs, bowls, tea towels...
And in the bathroom there is a shower, heater, hairdryer and shower/toilet towels that are delivered per stay.
The "La Vila" house has a "Mercadona" supermarket less than a minute's walk away and another "SPAR" supermarket two minutes away with which you can shop until Sunday at noon.
The house "La Vila'', is perfectly connected by highway and if you want to visit the nearby towns, among others, you can go to: Benidorm (10 km), Altea (20 km), Calpe (29 km) and Alicante (28 km).
The nearest airport is "El Altet" airport in Alicante, 37 km from La Vila.
