South-facing terrace with sun all day. There is an option to use a Weber Q3200 gas grill. Outdoor shower behind the house (only in the summer period). The owner has consciously chosen not to include a television, but there is an option to stream via personal services through wireless internet. The house is located as the second-to-last house on a private gravel road. Not rented to youth groups.
