The heart of the home is the combined living room and kitchen. Here, you can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living area features comfortable furnishings, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for streaming your own services. On cooler evenings, you can choose between the energy-friendly heat pump or the traditional wood-burning stove to keep the house warm and inviting. A bathroom with shower, WC, underfloor heating, and a washing machine ensures both comfort and practicality. Three bedrooms, each with two single beds, provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while a large loft under the sloping roof offers two extra sleeping places especially suited for children.

Outdoors, both covered and open terraces are available, complete with quality garden furniture and a gas grill. It’s the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons or cozy barbecue evenings as the sun sets over the grounds. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
