The 1.6 hectare site has a well-maintained lawn with shady trees and a separate games room with table tennis, bocce and beach volleyball. The direct access to the lake offers bathing pleasure with drinking water quality (changing room with shower directly on the lake). The lake is ideal for swimming and surfing and has its own gently sloping area for children and non-swimmers. A boat dock and boat board for small boats, as well as a surfboard stand with sail holder are available. In case of bad weather, you can also make free use of the indoor pool, which you can easily reach from your apartment with a bathrobe and slippers. To get the day off to a good start, a bread roll service is available at the entrance (for a fee, seasonal).
Note: Most flats have a sofa bed instead of a double bed!

Activities nearby: With its pleasant water temperature (up to 27 degrees) and clear water, the Ossiacher See is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. By boat or on a surfboard you have the opportunity to really enjoy the pleasures of the lake. Those who prefer to stay dry can be active on the well-developed network of hiking trails. The nature reserve "Gerlitzen Alpe" is easily accessible for hikers. And the cycle path around Lake Ossiacher See runs right past the apartment complex. There are also other beautiful and child-friendly cycle paths.
