Holiday home in Nr Lyngby Strand

Renovated holiday cottage located on an open plot in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. The house has ocean views from the living room and plot. The house was renovated in 2020 and furnished with an open concept kitchen and living room, small additional living room, three bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and sheltered area for sunbathing to the southwest. The decor is in the famous Danish cottage style, where there is a strong emphasis on comfort and functionality. The many windows provide a fine natural light throughout the day. Of particular interest is also the little extra room, decorated the living room and from where you have views of the sea and dunes, a perfect place to spend the sunset hours while being indoors. There are bars in front of the stairs. For children there are swings and sandpit. Free admitrance to water park.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
