This well-appointed stone house of 120m2 was built in 2005 on a 1204m2 large plot surrounded by beautiful nature in quiet surroundings. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac so the children can move around freely.

The house appears bright and friendly with white painted, water-scrubbed walls. You’ll find a wood burning stove and underfloor heating everywhere. The house is modern and well furnished with everything in furniture.

Large living room with large windows, which provides a fantastic light. The living room is furnished with modern and neat furniture, combined with dining area, and is an extension of the kitchen. The living room contains TV with channels from Stofa, DVD, CD and radio with surround.

In the large bright bathroom, where the light can be dimmed, a bubbling spa tempts. Through a glass door there is access to the house's sauna. In a smaller bathroom, a dip in the shower can also work wonders.

The kitchen is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances (convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher), toaster, electric mixer, coffee machine and kettle.

From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace covered with manor stones. The 40m2 large south-facing terrace provides ample opportunity to be outside and enjoy the heat. A patio heater provides the heat well into the evening. On the terrace there is a huge solid wooden bench where meals can be enjoyed. However, a table and some chairs can be moved out into the garden to better enjoy the evening sun.

The children can spend many hours playing in the large sandbox, swinging on the swings or playing in the covered play tower. The play tower consists of a slide, a climbing wall and a steering wheel.

The area around Helberskov consists of a unique nature filled with deer, pheasants, hares, squirrels and a lot of birds. If one is lucky, many of these animals can be seen early in the morning from the window. If you are into fishing, this can be enjoyed either from the pier in Helberskov or from the edge of the sea towards the Kattegat. The finest child-friendly sandy beach is found near the resort town of Øster Hurup just over 6 km from Helberskov.
