The cottage was built in 2020 with smart layout and tastefully furnished. It accommodates a modern open-plan kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm wide, 1-2 people. Tasteful double bedroom 150 cm wide. Fresh fully tiled bathroom and separate laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. Staircase to sleeping loft with 2 single beds without legs. The cottage is best suited for a maximum of 5 people, choose which beds you want to use.

Lovely patio where you can sit and enjoy a good piece of food and drink. You also have access to an infrasauna with relaxarea located in a separate annex (shared with house 10441). Perfect end to an intense day! Only 3 km to Gunneby nice bathing area with sandy beach, jetty and nice cliffs.

To Kållekärr with most service you only have 1.5 km. Many attractions and charming archipelago communities in the surrounding area. Please visit the central town of Skärhamn, 10 km with a rich range of entertainment and culture where the Nordic Watercolour Museum is the most famous. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv. The big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg about 55 km. House Nr. 10441 is 5-10 m from your cottage but you have your own part of the garden and a patio.
