In the south of Skåne, a couple of kilometers from the road between Malmö and Ystad, lies this small Skåne length in a tranquil rural idyll dating back to the 1780s. Sheep and horse paddocks are located in the area as well as smaller horse farms. Red deers are visible all year round as they roam freely through the surrounding Svaneholm's northern forest nature reserve.

The small Skåne length is partly under renovation, where one of the corner parts that can now be rented is completely completed inside. The courtyard and the stable building in the other corner, which will be new living space for the owner family, will be partly completed on the outside in 2022. No renovation work will take place there during your stay.

The 60 m2 home that is now rented out has been completely renovated from scratch to the roof and has a whitewashed facade and new windows. Everything has been recreated stylishly but with care according to the house's tradition and history. Inside, building maintenance materials have been used in interior details and natural and non-toxic methods have been used, for example to paint walls and treat spruce floors.

The standard has been modernized for comfortable living with raised ceilings, lowered floors and installed underfloor heating. A compact but functionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge / freezer and a small dining area is available. In the middle of the room, a comfortable wood stove spreads warmth and cosiness during cooler days, in front of the small sofa bed. Internet TV is available with connection (wifi) to all the world's entertainment. The adjoining bedroom has a double bed, bookshelf / cupboard for storage and a clothes rail. The bathroom is tastefully finished with a shower corner and WC. A small utility room is available with washing machine and central vacuum.

Through the deep window sills you can see the meadows with grazing sheep and horses to the north and the neighboring farm to the south. The house's short end and the courtyard (not fully prepared) are located directly next to the gravel road (return road with limited traffic). There you can have your breakfast and lunch on the outdoor furniture on sunny days. The secluded back with a large lawn framed by tall birches is suitable for afternoon hanging or watching the evening sun fall behind the hills. Soccer goals, trampoline and croquet can gather the whole family to play. Bicycles are also available to borrow.

Just over a kilometer from the house via beautiful forest roads, is Svaneholm Castle & Museum by Svaneholms lake where those who are interested can fish. In Skurup (7 km) there are grocery stores and restaurants. One of the South Coast's most beautiful beaches in Mossbylund is about 15 kilometers away as well as Abbekås and Smygehuk where there are, among others. a. golf courses and inns. The location in the middle of southern Skåne invites you to explore the wonderful nature of Österlen and Romeleåsen.

Here the small family (2 or 3 adults, alt 2 adults + 2 children) thrives with a good standard of living, nature close by and in a rural environment close to many activities and attractions. The plot's outdoor environment is shared with the owner family, who, however, don't plan to be there at the same time in the summer of 2021. Note that the courtyard (with walkway, tiles, decor, etc.) and the opposite side building (plastered, etc.) are NOT completed in 2021.
