The villa is located on the much sought after and beautiful ‘up-market’ community Of Orange Tree. The Community of Orange Tree has on site a Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, kiddies play area and is just 13 miles from Disney Main Gate and a 30mins drive from all the other Orlando Attractions and premium outlets. The villa has conservation view with a great wildlife and lakes close by. The extended pool area is south facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The villa host 10 people, which has 5 bedrooms - 2 king-size bedrooms with private bathroom with access to the pool ares and 1 queen-bedroom with bathroom next to it. Also the house has 2 childrens bedrooms (4 single beds) that share a bathroom. The villa kitchen has everything you need for cooking your meals and has a dining area for 6 people - in the living room another dining table for another 6 people. In the living room there is a big area with sofas, where you can relax after a long day out. If you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine and dryer available. The villa has an extended south facing fully screened pool with colored lighting and a spa open year round (pool heat available upon request, fee applies) . On the deck you find dining capacity for 10 people and sun beds. To ensure a tranquil outlook the pool area has open, conservation views, as well as a combination of plants, trees and hedging to provide additional privacy from adjacent properties. Just 5 miles down the road there is a National Park where you are able to fish or walk around. There are several golf courses in the area too.
