Holiday home in Värmdö NV

9 Sleeps

1 Bedrooms

Water : 5 Meter

Description

Welcome to one of Sweden's perhaps most unique places to rent a house. The Finnish ferries sail almost right past the windows, and you live right on the beach with opportunities for both a dip and a fishing trip.

Super charming and rustic holiday home with a completely unsurpassed location. Private beach, a bridge from which you can swim / fish / sail, a partially "wild" plot with forest and berries. A quiet, beautiful and green area of Norrnäs on Värmdö, close to Rindö and Vaxholm.

The holiday home is only approx. 45 min. by car from Stockholm or approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes if you use public transportation. Perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet while also providing the chance to experience Stockholm, should you wish to do so.

Bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, washing powder and toilet paper are all included in the rent, and you therefore do not have to think about it. All is ready for you to move right in.

Please note that the price listed is for a maximum of 5 guests. It is possible to have 4 more people in the house, as there are 4 sleeping places on mattresses. The price for these extra beds is SEK 300 / pr. night pr. person paid directly to the owner on site.
