This house has a useful area of 980m2 and 5,400m2 of exterior. The rooms are divided into 4 levels: It has a full kitchen with a breakfast table, a separate main dining room, a living room with an original fireplace, a reading room and a loft for recreational use that has a pool table, a target and board games.
On the ground floor, we find the winery with a tasting room set in a traditional way with a wine aging room.
It has a capacity for 24 people: a presidential suite, 8 double rooms and a loft with bunk beds with capacity for 10 people. It has 5 full bathrooms and 2 toilets. (We have lower prices for groups of less than 16 people)
