The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture with two sun loungers, perfect for relaxing with a refreshing drink. The spacious 40 m² partially covered balcony offers a peaceful setting where you can unwind, enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, or prepare meals on the barbecue. There is also a smaller balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

The apartment features a 32-inch flat-screen TV with both Nordic and German channels. A shared storage shed is available for bicycles and other equipment.

The beach at the Sunset Square (Solnedgangspladsen) in the heart of Gl. Skagen is especially popular during the summer months. From here, you also have easy access to the Sunset Kiosk, where you can enjoy an ice cream, a cup of coffee, or a refreshing soft drink. The surrounding coastline offers excellent opportunities for scenic walks, whether you head north towards Grenen, approximately 5 km away, or south towards Kandestederne and Skiveren.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
