Beautiful holiday cottage located on a beautiful surrounding with good view over the limfjord. This holiday cottage is continuously renovated and is situated on 4,000 m2 natural ground. It has 3 rooms. 1 with double room, 1 with 2 bunks and 1 with single bed. It has lovely combined kitchen and living room, with view over the fjord. Huge terrace around the house with garden furniture and sunbeds. This is really a beautiful cottage in a beautiful surrounding.
This holiday cottage is close to Sillerslev where the island's best beach is located. Sillerslev harbor is both a commercial and marina with a café, open during the summer months. Close by is the beautiful Legind Hill, a nature reserve with marked hiking trails and mountain bike paths. It is also in this area where you can find Jesperhus Holiday Park and Resort which is Northern Europe's largest flower park with playground, swimming pool, 4-D cinema, bowling alleys and a lot more.
Nykøbing is the largest city of Nykøbing Mors, visit Dueholm Kloster (Dueholm Monastery), a local historical museum with artifacts and changing exhibits. The Danish Støberimuseum (Danish Foundry Musuem) exhibits the old Morsø wood furnaces and stoves. The pedestrian area or the shopping street connects the city to the harbor, where there are lots of activities throughout the summer. Every evening at 9:00 p.m. during summertime, people gather at the Marina to hear a trumpeter plays a Danish music “The Sun Goes Down (or sunset)”. The captivating Morsø Golf course lies not far from the city centrum with 18-hole golf course.At the Northern part of Mors (Nordmors), visit Ejerslev harbor which is an incredibly beautiful nature harbor and home to several local fishermen. After an extensive renovation, the harbor became the focal point for locals and tourists alike. Here you have the possibility for trout fishing at the pier and paragliding from the slope. Take a walk around its lagoon, where the Mo-clay rise high and where you can try finding 55 million years fossils.Visit the Fossil and Mo-clay Museum where you can see and hear the history through the many findings that was made throughout the year of the 55 million years fossils. Visit Skarregaard which is an agricultural museum where time has ceased in 1958. Here, there’s a fantastic hiking trails and magnificent view of the 2 Skarre lakes and good nature playground.
Also, at the northern part of Mors (Nordmors) is where you can find the highest point of the island “Salgjerhøj”. Here you get a clear sense of the varied and distinctive nature of the island.
