Holiday home in Haaksbergen

This rural holiday home is located in Haaksbergen in Overijssel and has a hottub. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 beautiful bedrooms. It is perfect for a small family or for couples who want to holiday together. Several places to visit in the region are Bad Bentheim, Oldenzaal in Germany and the city of Ootmarsum. There are also nature reserves Lutterzand and Springendal, where you can enjoy cycling, walking or horseback riding. The town centre, general facilities, restaurants, nightlife and public transport are 4 km away and the forest is 100 m away. The 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room, the open kitchen and the bathroom are all located on the ground floor. The holiday home also has a garden with a big terrace, barbecue and your own Hottub where you can relax. Deer, pheasants and lambs pass by on the meadow outside. There are plenty of opportunities for children to play outside.

Corona:
The house is 4.5 km from the nearest village, which is isolated from other houses. After the guests have left, we wait 1 hour for cleaning. The cleaning lady works with gloves and everything is cleaned thoroughly. We attach great importance to door handles etc. Our cleaning lady also leaves 1 hour before the arrival of the guests.
We also have a key safe so you can enter it yourself. If you want, we can also greet you personally, we are still in good health.
There is wifi but also a fixed internet connection. This has a very high speed (500 mbit), which makes it possible to work well from the house.

All small windows are fitted with blinds. There are mosquito nets in front of 2 pivot windows and a large screen sliding door.
Television also has a Netflix account that can be used.
There is a large Sonos box on which you can play music. You only need to install the Sonos app on your phone.
The house is a one floor and has no thresholds. The shower is also wheelchair accessible. Only at the sliding door, entrance, is a threshold.
Furthermore, the terrain is a bit rough which immediately feels natural. For the children, a tent can be set up outside to sleep while you sit comfortably under the chestnut tree enjoying a glass by the fire pit. There is a regular and a Nespresso coffee machine.
