This detached villa is located in a quiet area with heatable private swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m) in Provence is located on a large private property of 5000m2. Just a 10-minute walk from the village of Régusse with 2 beautiful windmills as a amazing landmark. In the village you can get your groceries and you will also find 2 restaurants. In the season there is a local market twice a week. The well-known Sainte Croix Lake is only a 15-minute drive away. This lake is ideal for quiet but also spectacular forms of water sports (pedalos, kayaks, canoes, etc.). The Gorges du Verdon are one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Europe; you can walk and climb to your heart's content here, but above all enjoy a feast for your eyes. The villa is surrounded by 2 large covered terraces as well as 2 uncovered terraces, one of which has a pergola. The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden. The first one and a half meters of the swimming pool are shallow, as it gradually slopes down from 30 to 50 cm, creating a pleasant play area for children. The swimming water can be heated, which also makes this villa attractive in early and late season. The back of the garden is adjacent to the forest, part of which is also owned by the owner. You will find wild thyme, lavender, but also oak, olive and fruit trees. The house has a large and attractive living room (55 m2) with air conditioning and equipped with a fireplace. There is a piano present for those who have mastered the piano well. The spacious open kitchen has a cooking island and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, an oven and a ceramic hob. In terms of crockery and glassware, you will also want for nothing here. You will find the washing machine in the adjacent utility room. The master bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed with 2 bed bases of 80 x 200 cm each, which can be adjusted independently of each other. The second bedroom has 2 good box spring beds that are 80 x 200 cm. The 3rd bedroom, with 2 single beds each 80 x 190 cm, can be reached from the outside as well as inside and can, with its own kitchenette and bathroom with shower/toilet, serve as an excellent guest accommodation.
