Not far from the house, you have a beginner's slope with a lift in winter. From here, the free ski bus takes you to the large, very well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area. In the immediate vicinity, you can go cross-country skiing, hiking, tobogganing, or take a wonderful ride on a horse-drawn sleigh. In summer there are various hiking trails and mountain bike routes in the Glemmtal. Many activities are organized. Of course, you can also visit the wonderful city of Salzburg or Zell am See. By car, you can reach several golf courses in about 30 minutes.
You will occupy the flat on the top floor. Here you have a huge living room with a cozy dining area and direct access to the sunny terrace, a wonderful open kitchen with a dining table, and no less than 3 large bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The attractive furnishings, the use of wood, and the beautiful details give this flat a warm aura. You will feel right at home.
The high-quality wellness area of the holiday home can be used communally. It consists of a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, and wonderful deck chairs. It is shared with the other flats.
