Brand new stylish and amazing holiday home build in 2019, situated in surroundings of tranquility, on a large nature plot, close to Skagen’s Nordstrand. The holiday home impresses with the black wood clads exterior, and the enchanting large wooden terrace furnished with modern garden furniture’s, barbecue and umbrella. The holiday home enriches its guests with ocean view, roomy interior design, and a very light filled and welcoming atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Another plus is a 400 meters distance to the beach.
The beautiful 146m2 are in a two floor plan design, with white walls and large windows that provide a fantastic light. The holiday home offer in total four bedrooms, whereof 3 are furnished with double beds, and one bedroom are furnished with a ¾ bed (140x200cm). Two of the bedrooms are situated on the entrance level, and two on the top floor.
The holiday home offer two beautiful bathrooms, one on each floorplan. The bathroom on the entrance level has separate shower with a combined hand and head shower, and the larger bathroom on the top floor is furnished with separate shower, and bathtub with an amazing view to dune landscape.
On the top floor the holiday homes living room with a splendid ocean view. Cozy and classic Scandinavian interior with a sofa section, floor pillows and flatscreen TV. The large kitchen combined dining room is situated on the entrance level, furnished with a super modern kitchen design, lovely spacious dining room area with plenty of room around the dining table, plus an extra kitchen bar with two high chairs and where it’s tempting to enjoy a glass of wine, all while the Chef is creating the diner menu.
In the entrance hallway, you’ll find washer & dryer, iron board and a selection of domestic tools, hidden away behind a curtain. Very functional furnished house with plenty of details, for a pleasurable the holiday. Embrace yourself for a most lovely holiday in amazing iconic Skagen.
SIGHTSEEING POINTS IN THE AREA:
Skagen welcome guest with a variety of cultural experiences. The Art Museum of Skagen and Ancher’s House with the exiting and iconic paintings of Anna Ancher, Michael Ancher and P.S. Krøyer is highlights to visit. A visit to Grenen, where the two oceans North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet, is also to be considered and post the visit to the tip of Denmark, a lunch could be enjoyed at one of Skagen many cafés and restaurants.
After the supper, a stroll along the sandy beaches to Old Skagen – prior by the name “Højen” and a fishing hamlet, contemporary a secluded beach community – and enjoy magnificent sunsets from the Sunset Square, where guest at the kiosk can buy ice-creams of all sorts or e cup of coffee. Alternatively, the sunset can alternatively be enjoyed from the old Seamark, at a nearby dune in Old Skagen. A Seamark was significant for fishermen to orientate after, and from the site is a beautiful view over the ruffs in Old Skagen towards the town center of Skagen.
The buried Church is located a little south of Skagen town center, not far away from Skagen Marina, where our guest will find Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset has their domicile, in the protected old fishing warehouses designed by Bindesbøll. Perhaps rent a bike for the day. It’s easy to get around in the Skagen area on bicycle.
