Large well-kept, family-friendly Kalmar house for 8 people, in a super good location close to the water, in the scenic Kegnæs area. The house is located on a hilltop in a small cottage area, and has a direct view of Flensburg Fjord. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden, where there is a good opportunity for relaxation, coziness and play.

The area:
Approx. 300 meters from the house is a campsite where during the summer period, you can buy the most common groceries. If you can detach yourself from the cottage on Als, lots of exciting experiences await in the area.
Visit Dybbøl Mill and feel the buzz of history from the war in 1864. Be Royal for a day and go for a walk around Gråsten Castle, where you can enjoy Queen Ingrid's fine garden. You can also go exploring in the streets of Sønderborg, where there are many good shops and restaurants. Sønderborg Castle is beautifully situated by the harbor and on the lawn that surrounds the castle, you can take a well-deserved break in the sun. A short trip to Germany is also obvious. You can easily get to one of the many border shops, where you can shop everything, but you could also go to cozy Flensburg, where you can easily spend a day. Frøslev Camp is also just around the corner and will be an exciting excursion destination for all ages. Lots of fun hours await, for both big and small, in the adventure park Universe.
