Charming 94 m² holiday home, ideal for family stays, located in an attractive area in Skagen. The central living space is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining section and lounge featuring a wood-burning stove and TV. From here, there is direct access to a south-facing terrace.
The house includes four bedrooms, one of which is located in a newly built annex. The bathroom is bright and functional, and there is also a guest toilet with access to an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
Outside, there is a garden with natural dune grass planting and a terrace with both open and covered areas as well as a patio heater.
The location provides easy access to nature, cycling and hiking trails, and several beaches. Sønderstrand by the Vippe Lighthouse is a popular and child-friendly beach, while Nordstrand on the west coast offers more open surroundings by the North Sea. Grenen and other attractions in Skagen are also nearby.

The house is also within walking distance of Skagen town center, offering a wide selection of shops, the marina, art museums, and many cafés and restaurants. At Kulturhus Kappelborg, which includes a cinema, library, and performance hall, there is also a large, newly built outdoor skate park – Skagen Skater. Definitely worth a visit if children are joining the holiday. Next to the skate park is Restaurant Luna, where parents can enjoy a nice lunch or a cup of coffee while the kids have fun on scooters or skateboards.
