Holiday home in Sæby

Newly renovated holiday house in Lyngså Last year this house underwent a thorough renovation and the house is now ready to welcome the family who wants to enjoy the holiday close to nature. The house is situated on a large natural plot with plenty of space for the kids to play and a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches on Denmarks east coast. There is room for 6 persons in the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and the third room with a sofa bed and an upper bed. The kitchen is in open connection with dining table and living room. Here you have a wonderful view to the large garden. In the garden the children have first priority. Playground equipment, as well as a swing, trampoline and football goal. A large nice terrace leads from the house to a 20 m2 conservatory. Perfect for cosy evenings. The area The lovely holiday house area in Lyngså is located on the east coast, on the Kattegat side, and the beach is wonderful. Children will love it. White sand, shallow water and playtime in the dunes. Lyngså is a peaceful area. Nature, forest, beach and hilly open scenery but also rather close to activities and sights. Are you interested in fishing the conditions are very fine here. Fishing from the beach or you can go to Sæby stream or even Voerså. The two streams have rise of sea trout and stocks of trout. (License needed) Lyngså is about 10 km to the south of Sæby, a fine little old town. A good range of shopping possibilities. Super markets and retail shops. The Marina is a lively place during the summer. Good atmosphere, restaurants with different dishes and also shops. Relax and buy an icecream and watch the whole scenery. Further 10 km to the north you come to Frederikshavn.
