This two-storey house is located in the upper part of the town of San Fedele Intelvi, 800 meters from the center with shops and services of all kinds, and 799 meters above sea level, in the middle of the homonymous green valley. punctuated by beautiful and peaceful villages, it divides Lake Como from Lake Lugano, whose coasts are both less than 10 km away. For guests a nice opportunity to visit two of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy, far from the hustle and bustle of the most famous tourist resorts. The house has two large terraces and two gardens, one of which can be equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to have meals outdoors, enjoying a nice view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. You enter the house going down a flight of steps from the small parking (for 2 cars) on the street level, the main entrance is on the first floor of the house, while the lower floor is accessed by an external stone staircase. Heating has to be paid locally from October to April. The major tourist resorts in the area are within easy reach: Menaggio 25 Km, Lugano 27 Km, Como 50 Km, St. Moritz 120 Km.
