This charming (completely renovated in 2018) small, typical Skagen house is wonderfully located on a side street to Sct. Laurentiivej, close to Skagens Museum and within short walking distance of Sønderstrand, Brøndums Hotel and the town’s many shops.

The house’s delightful 103 m² are arranged over two floors.
On the first floor, you will find the cosy living room with a TV as well as a bedroom with two single beds. The first floor features sloping ceilings and skylights in both rooms. A beautiful old wooden staircase connects the living room upstairs with the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there is the small but fully modernised dining kitchen, the bathroom with toilet and shower, and two bedrooms – one with two single beds, the other with one single bed. In total, the house offers 5 lovely sleeping places.

Great care has been taken with the property. The stylish interior shows a keen sense of detail, colours and furniture that match the house’s size perfectly.

The idyll and charm continue outdoors. From the dining kitchen, there is direct access to the fantastic enclosed and secluded courtyard – a tiled terrace with garden furniture, lawn and small fruit trees. The entire courtyard is surrounded by a high, red-painted fence, offering the perfect setting for wonderful, private days outside.

Attractions in the area:

Within walking distance of the holiday home, you will find the town’s many shops and boutiques as well as a wide selection of cafés and restaurants. There are also several attractions close by, including Skagen Culture House Kappelborg with library, cinema, and concert/theatre hall. Not far away are also the marina, Skagens Museum, Anchers Hus, Drachmanns Hus and the Coastal Museum.

If you would like lunch or dinner in historic surroundings, the restaurant at Brøndums Hotel is highly recommended. Down at the harbour, you will also find Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset – both located in the old Bindesbøll fish warehouses.

South of the town centre lies the Sand-Buried Church, and to the north you will find Grenen, where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet.
