Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed on the east and west facing terraces. The terrace facing west is very private and the nearby bushes offer shelter from the wind. You are free to park the car in the garage.
The area:
If you fancy a look of the surrounding area we can recommend the city Frederikshavn, which is no more than a short drive away. Here you can visit an artificially constructed palm beach which is very child friendly, just like the beach in Sæby. You can find the promenade, on Sæby Nordstrand (the North Beach), only 250 meters from the holiday home. Here you can walk along the seafront until you reach the marina where you can find both restaurants and stores. At the beach you can find plenty of seashells and amber, if you are lucky.
Further north, you'll find the beautiful old town of Skagen. Here you can experience the nature which has inspired several famous painters, For example Grenen (The Northern Tip of Denmark). You can also experience Den Tilsandede Kirke (The Sandburied Church) or Råbjerg Mile ( The largest wandering sand dune in Denmark).
You can also visit Nordsøen Oceanarium (The largest aquarium in North Europe) and Fårup Sommerland (a danish theme park) on the west coast of North Jutland.
