Beautiful and super modernized holiday home with a magnificent location close to the North Sea, the moors and the town center. On each level of the house, there is a gorgeous view and the rooms are very spacious. The outside facilities include two balconies and 2 terraces on ground level. 

A perfect 162 m2 holiday home suitable for a large family. There is four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen-dining-living room divided upon three levels. The house is also suitable for a large group of friends traveling together. 

On the 2. floor there is a large combined kitchen-dining-living room with a extraordinary panorama view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. A cozy dining area with plenty of room for dining together, a lovely sofa corner with a flat screen TV and a modern kitchen with different kitchen facilities needed. From the window it is possible to see the ship traffic towards west, towards east you have a view over the roof tops in the area. 

On the 1. floor and the main floor there are lovely bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. One of the bathrooms is furnished with a washing machine and dryer. On the main floor there is a Master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a direct access to a west turned terrace. Furthermore, a bedroom with a sofa bed and access to eastern turned terrace. On the 1 floor there is a bedroom with a 3/4 bed (140 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with a sofa bed. on each level there is plenty of storage room in the closets in the hallways. A light and friendly atmosphere is noticeable in the entire home and a lovely light from the large windows. The home is modern and classy furnished, and the home was built in 2009, today it stands very well maintained -perfect for your next holiday in Skagen. 

ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA:
The area is filled with lovely walking areas. Only 500 meters to the ocean and if you continue from the beach towards north you will reach Grenen in 1½-2 hours by foot. A 6 km walk. Towards south you will reach Gl. Skagen and the popular "Solnedgangspladsen" in 3 km. 

Skagen town center with the many retail shops, art crafts and Galleries is a visit worth. The art museum of Skagen with the many paintings from the Skagen painters is also worth a visit, in Skagen town center there is a good selection of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a nice meal or a nice beverage. In the marina you will find Skagens Fiskerestaurant eller Restaurant Pakhuset in the old "Bindesbøll" fishing storage houses. Restaurant Kokkenenes, located by the community Centre "Kappelborg" with a skating ramp is also worth a visit. You can also enjoy your lunch at Skagen Bryghus (the brewery) and taste a locally brewed beer.
