This well-kept holiday home with private pool is located on the edge of the village of Kastelir, on the west coast of Istria. You have a fenced terrace with swimming pool and sunbeds and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Kastelir! There also is a covered terrace with dining table and a BBQ. The holiday home is fitted with air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Thanks to its good location, shops and restaurants can be reached within a 2-3-minute drive and the beach in 15 minutes. Some nice places to go sightseeing include the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan, as well as the seaside resorts of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further away are the Brijuni Islands and the city of Pula with an amphitheater from Roman times.
