Lovely holiday home with a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, attractively situated in Kærgården on the first row, offering beautiful views of Krik Vig and Agger Tange. The house is only approximately 100 metres from the beach, with a bathing jetty.

The holiday home features a spacious 18 m² swimming pool, providing plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy themselves together, as well as a hot tub for two people and a good-sized sauna.

The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove, internet, a TV with international channels, a DVD player and a stereo system. The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and more. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has been continuously modernised. Among other improvements, the swimming pool and both bathrooms were renovated in spring 2022. There are four comfortable bedrooms, three with double beds and one with bunk beds. In addition, there is a large mezzanine with a TV and four sleeping places for children. The house has two bathrooms, both with shower facilities and underfloor heating.

The area offers a large playground with, among other things, a petanque court and mini golf. Just a short drive away is the charming old fishing village of Agger, with shops, restaurants, impressive dunes and a beautiful sandy beach.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
