This is a cute little retro house with 65 square metres of living space. Here you live beautifully sheltered on a 2,500 square metre plot and are very close to the North Sea beach at the same time.
The cosy living room is open up to the roof ridge and you can see the beautiful, thick wooden beams. The wind-protected and partly covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax.
Layout: Entrance hallway, living room with dining area, wood-burning stove and bright, attractive kitchen. Access to the terrace from here. A total of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Small bathroom with shower cubicle.
In the attic you'll find storage space for suitcases or sports equipment.
