This charming holiday cottage with thatched roof is located in scenic surroundings within walking distance to the Wadden Sea at Ballum. The house has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and open-concept kitchen with dining area on ground floor. There is also a large living room with sofa bed, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove that can heat the entire ground floor. In the centre of the living room is a staircase leading to the mezzanine with an extra bed. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with a bed each. A cosy house for guests who love nature, peace and quiet. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
