Filton Villa is a modern villa with private swimming pool, situated just outside the village of Markovici, close to the picturesque, medieval town of Vizinada. You'll find the nearest beaches in Lanterna (16km), which features some lovely pebble and rock beaches. The enclosed garden hosts your swimming pool with hydro massage section, a children's pool (15 m2) and a covered summer kitchen. The villa consists of a main house and an annex. On the ground floor of the main house, you'll find a living room with access to the terrace, an open kitchen, separate toilet, a relaxation area with infrared sauna and shower, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a playroom with TV, PS4 and a toilet. There are three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The annex houses the summer kitchen, a gym and a separate toilet. There's an interesting wine and olive oil route nearby the villa. Cycling and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the famous 'Parenzana' route, which runs by the villa. The route used to be an important railway line between Istria, Koper in Slovenia and Triest in Italy, in the beginning of the 20th century. The train drove through the hilly landscape every day and transported passengers, salt, wine, vegetables and fruit. These days, it has become a tourist attraction which is visited by many tourists each year. Vizinada has a supermarket, a cafe, a cashpoint and the first stop of the Parenzana tourist train. There's a pizzeria and a tavern serving delicious Istrian dishes within 4km.
