In the activity corner there is a sofa bed with the possibility of extra beds, making a total of 8 beds in the house.In the garden there is a hot tub, trampoline and a swing with a regular swing and a sensory swing. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.
The house is not rented out to tradesmen.
Teglgårdsparken has a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.
