Private villa with pool at Mar Menor Golf Resort

We are delighted to offer this beautiful and well appointed villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is located 3 minutes walk from the hotel, golf club, a grocery and several nice restaurants. The garden has direct access to first fairway. The large pool of 4x8 meters, both the ladder and the starcase. 6 sun beds available. Perfect for lazy days in the sun for the whole family with kids and friends. Shower in the garden and grounds which are very secluded area facing southwest.

One bedroom - master bedroom - is equipped with two separate beds, bedside table, writing area and a bathroom "en suite". The two other bedrooms are equipped with double bed or two separate beds.
In all the bedrooms are plenty of closet space. Of course, the beds are laid when you arrive and towels, both for indoor as well as outdoor use are presented.
On the ground floor is the kitchen and living room and guest toilet with shower. Large covered terrace with gas grill and place for 8-10 seated around the dining table. Around the corner on the terrace is a small coffee corner under the roof.
On the upper level are the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the golf course's first fairway.
The resort is surrounded by high walls and patrolled by guards around the clock, all year round. It is safe and secure for all the family and with the Spanish pulse just a few minutes away.
If you arrive late at night and want something to eat when you come or a complete breakfast package, it is possible to arrange. Other specific requirements can also satisfy; wheelchair, chair, pool toys, golf clubs, bicycles. Just let me know and we'll arrange it.
