It is a 10 minute drive from the apartment or about an hour’s walk along the coastal track and beach to Puerto de Mazarron, has everything that one needs for day to day living. It has plenty of supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, café bars and restaurants.

For the shoppers there are a number of new shopping malls throughout the area. The biggest ones being in Murcia and Cartagena

Wildlife Park - Terra Natura

Terra Natura is a new-generation wildlife park where you can discover the “Zooimmersion” experience – a new concept in habitat design which will enable you to come into contact with the animals as if there were no barriers between you – at least, no visible ones! The 320,000 square metres of the Benidorm park are divided into four themed areas: Pangea, the entrance to the park, America and Asia

Enjoy a fantastic day out by the beach in Vera with your family or friends. Have fun on our great water attractions; Kamikaze, multi-slides, black holes, adventure river, tube slides, wave pool, lake pool, and for the little ones the infant pool and attractions. And also….mini-golf, super jumper, mini-park, green zones, amusement arcade.

If you are into golf you will be spoilt for choice with the number of courses to choose from and all within reasonable traveling distance.The penthouse apartment is 25 minutes away from Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, and also 45-50 min from Hyat Regency (PGA Approved), La Torre Golf Resort and La Hacienda.

The second city of the region is Cartagena only twenty five minutes drive from the apartment. Here you can spend a relaxing day soaking up the ambience of this old Roman City. The city is still a working naval port and is also a stopover point for Mediterranean cruise liners. A must try, the tapas served in all the café bars for a real taste of Spain.
