Luxury familyhouse 7 - 9 beds close to beach

Wonderful house in a small village with 36 houses all owned by swedes. The village is 4 km outside Ban Phe. In the village there is a small restaurang with Thai and European food. There is also 6 rooms in the village for rent. In the nighttime there is a guard patrulling the village. In the price is included towels and linen. Not for the beach and pool. Towels are changed 2 times a week and linen 1 time a week. Just outside the village there is a small shop for some of the daily needs. Thai massage is 100 meters away and cost about 300 baht  an hour. In the office you can book motorbikes and taxi for visiting place of interest in the surrondings. Just otside Ban Phe there is the famous island Koh Samet. Ferries from Ban Phe. 
House are 150 m2 included terass. 3 bedroom, livingroom and kitchen. Terass is 40 m2. There is 7 real beds and a sofa in the livingroom for 2 additionell beds.  
Aircondition in all room, even the kitchen
Children bed and chair can be rented in the village.
2 washingmachines that you pay with 20 baht in an automat.
In the village there is 2 st. 25 x 6 meter swimmingpooles childrenpools are connected to the big ones.


OBS. We only accept renters older than 30 years. not a partyhouse!!
