This detached spacious villa is situated just outside the village of Gallos, near the town of Rethymno, on an extensive plot of approx. 7000 m2 with a generous pool and offers wonderful views of the surrounding hills, mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Many possibilities in the cozy town of Rethymnon (6km) with its many restaurants, terraces, cozy narrow shopping streets in the old town and the boulevard ending at the old fishing port where you can enjoy a meal of fresh fish.
The villa is built in a Mediterranean style and offers both on-site parking and a garage. Next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza/bread oven. Driving time from Heraklion and Chania Airport is approximately 1 hour. The floors have spacious terraces. Steep access road, situated on a hill. Motorized transport (car) is necessary. Access has an electrically operated sliding gate. In the summer months we also grow vegetables in the garden, these are available to guests.
