Holiday home in Klein Strömkendorf

Welcome to the 'Seegang' house on the Salzhaff between Wismar and Rostock. The spacious holiday home is only about a kilometer from the beach and surrounded by gardens, a horse pasture and a nearby grove. It is ideal for people who are looking for peace and relaxation and want to enjoy nature.
The house was renovated in 2018 and has a total of 100 square meters of living space. In the open living area, light-colored clay plaster and a light wooden floor ensure a pleasant room climate. A large dining table can accommodate ten people. In the cozy seating area you can relax with a book or watch TV. A foosball table in the living area invites you to a sporting competition.

The well-equipped kitchen and the gas stove with oven make you want to cook. The two bedrooms lead off from the living area and each have a double bed (160 x 200, 2 x 80 x 200). The bright and spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and towel warmer is decorated with white marble and river pebbles.

From the living area you can access the terrace with a fireplace and grill. Here you can let your gaze wander across the large garden to the horizon. There is plenty of space to play, sunbathe, chill out and grill. The wooden garden furniture and two loungers invite you to linger.

Special features: The large property is only partially fenced. The paddock is secured with an electric fence (please do not feed the horses!). The house is a summer house and is only rented from May to September. It has no central heating. Infrared heaters are available on cool evenings. The house is supplied with Greenpeace green electricity. On the property there is a tool shed away from the house, which is entered by an administrator once a day, usually early in the morning for only a short time.
There are numerous shops in Neubukow, 5 km away. Excursion destinations such as the Hanseatic cities of Wismar or Rostock, the island of Poel or the cathedral in Bad Doberan are easy to reach. Likewise the famous seaside resorts Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn and Rerick.
