Description

This lovely holiday house is located in Sillerslevøre, which is a nice holiday home area on Mors. The house is situated close to a child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty and has 2 rooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed and two bunks. A child bed and a high cot are available. The house has undergone renovation and, thus, appears inviting. Moreover, there is an open and roofed terrace with garden furniture.
Sillerslev harbor is a charming harbor and includes both an industrial harbor and a modern marina. The best bathing beach on the island is located on the western side of the harbor and, during the summer half-year, the small café is open.

Near the house, you find the scenic area Legind Bjerge. Here, there are waymarked trails for both hikers and mountain bikers. The area is also referred to as the islanders' pride - and rightly so. The area stretches over nearly 900 hectares of preserved nature for the benefit of the fauna and flora as well as its visitors. In Legind Bjerge, you also find the family-friendly holiday park Jesperhus, which has the largest flower park in northern Europe, a playland, swimming pools, bowling alleys, and camping.

In Nykøbing M., there are several interesting shops in the charming pedestrian street, which also ties the town center together with the inviting marina. Nykøbing is also home to the museum of local history Dueholm Monastery, which is also the oldest building in the town. At the Danish Foundry Museum, you can experience old Morsø stoves and cookers and in the outskirts of Nykøbing, Morsø Golf Club's 18-hole course is beautifully situated by the Limfjord.

Around the world, Mors is first and foremost known for its great moler formations, of which Hanklit and Feggeklit is the most well-known. It is at Feggeklit, the legend of King Fegge unfolds. The highest point on the island is Salgjerhøj, from where you can sense the island's varied and characteristic nature.
The Fossil- and Mo-Clay museum exhibits 55 million years of history through the many extraordinary finds in the moler on Mors. At the agricultural museum Skarregaard, time has stopped in 1958, and around it, you will find some of the most amazing nature and the two beautiful Skarre Lakes.

Indeed, Mors truly has much to offer.
