This luxurious, architect-designed holiday home offers a spa, large sauna, and an activity room with bar, located in a peaceful holiday area on an elevated natural plot just 600 metres from the sea and beach in the small fishing village of Nr. Lyngby, north of Løkken. The house features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, living room, four bedrooms, a loft, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The spacious living area of over 40 m² includes a cosy corner and dining space, furnished in modern Danish summerhouse style with a focus on design, quality, comfort, and warmth. From the living room and one bedroom, there is direct access to the terrace. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating in all rooms, plus a wood-burning stove.

A separate building, connected via a covered terrace, houses the large spa, sauna, and activity room. Here you can enjoy a bar area with four bar stools, table tennis, billiards, and Wii games. Entertainment includes high-speed, unlimited internet and TV with a wide range of Danish and international channels via Telia box. The natural plot is open and flat, offering swings, a sandbox, a slide, and a fire pit, perfect for outdoor fun.

Guests should bring their own gas for the gas grill. A mobile dog enclosure is available in the garden, making it pet-friendly. This property is not rented to youth groups, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
