This beautiful detached Chalet Johannah is located in the neighbourhood of Wörth in the famous, nice village of Rauris. You will have the entire chalet at your disposal and you're the only one staying here. The house has a surprising layout thanks to its positioning on a hillside. You will be living on the first floor. There you'll find a beautiful spacious living room with access to the balcony and garden with gorgeous terrace, from which you'll have a great view of the surrounding mountains. On this floor you'll also find a dining room with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is pleasantly and tastefully furnished. On the 2nd floor are no less than 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Most bathrooms have been renovated and have a high-quality design. On the ground floor you'll find the entrance to the house, a large playing room for the children and a beautiful wooden Austrian "Stube". This is a great place to be and to have a drink or a bite to eat. The location is perfect for those who want to really unwind. Walking, cross-country skiing or going on a tour with a sleigh. The area around Kol Saigurn in national park Hohe Tuern comes highly recommended for tour skiers or snow shoe walkers. The ski pistes can be reached quickly and are about 6 km away. There are several restaurants in the area.
