A cozy wooden house, located in the popular district "Østerby" close to the art museum of Skagen, Bamsemuseum (the teddy bear museum), the ice cream café and the famous butcher "Slagter Munch".  The bakery is also located just around the corner.

The outside facilities include a gorgeous well-groomed garden with garden furniture and sunbeds. 

The house is in one floor, furnished with a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a dining table. A small bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. From the bedroom with the double bed there is direct access to the terrace and the garden and access to the second bedroom. 

This lovely house is located close to everything Skagen has to offer. The many attractions, the retail shops, the marina with the lovely "Bindesbøll" fishware houses, cafés and restaurants. Restaurant Pakhuset and Skagen fiskerestaurant (seafood) is definitely worth a visit. During summer there is plenty of life and music on the marina and all the restaurants in the old "Bindesbøll" house are open.

The gorgeous "Sønderstrand" – the most popular beach in Skagen – is located only a short walk from the holiday home. On the beach you can spend your time sunbathing, swimming and playing in the sand. After a visit to the beach you can enjoy a cooling drink on the lovely terrace at home.

The old bascular lighthouse (Vippefyret) is located only 500 meters from the holiday home. Every year on the 23rd of June, Sankt Hans (Midsummer) is celebrated with a large bonfire on the beach. Enjoy a cozy evening on the beach with hundreds of locals and guests, who participate every year.
