It features a large living room open to the kitchen and dining area, with ample space for wheelchair movement. The kitchen is equipped with a height-adjustable sink and cooktop, and the oven has a sliding door that allows easy access for everyone. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room around the beds. The two bathrooms are large; one is wheelchair accessible and has a raised washing machine and dryer for easier access. All doors in the house are extra wide and without thresholds. The house is equipped with fixed wheelchair ramps and a tiled path from the carport for easy access.
Begtrup Vig is one of the area's most child-friendly beaches. At low tide, small islands form, creating small “worlds” for young children with beach toys. The beach is south-facing and well protected from waves, except in strong southern winds. On hot days, it can be quite busy, providing an opportunity to make new playmates.
