Luxury holiday home in a small hamlet with a communal pool and beautiful garden near Poppi. The holiday home is located on a carefully restored estate in the Casentino valley. This valley lies between Firenze and Arezzo. The estate is adjacent to the Casentino National Park. With a bit of luck you can see the deer or the wild boar at a short distance in the evening. Casa Quattro is built in authentic style. The house has a small loggia on the east side and a spacious terrace on the south / west side, so that plenty of sun (or shade) can be enjoyed. The house is tastefully decorated with a combination of antique cabinets and modern furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The traditional wrought-iron beds are made by professionals from the area. Of course the house has wifi. The (heated) swimming pool is spacious and equipped with a roll cover, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a spacious terrace. It is in a prominent place with beautiful views of the area. You have a beautiful view of the castle of the medieval town of Poppi and the impressive forests of one of the largest nature reserves in Italy.
