Holiday home in Gebo

This wonderful holiday home is situated only twenty metres from lake Gebosjön and comes with it's own private beach!

The house is spacious with plenty of room for a big family. You enter the house through the covered terrace. On the bottom floor you will find a large, comfortable family room with a sofa, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a DVD-player and a wood burning stove. Wood is included in the rent. The house features large windows, giving you lots of light indoors as well as an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen is well kept and has clinker floors. The newly-renovated bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. The bottom floor also contains a bedroom with a single bed. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and a newly-built, tiled lavatory, with WC and a wash basin. The larger bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has one single. Please note: To access the single bed bedroom you must pass through the large bedroom.

The entire house is in perfect condition. Electric heating, open fireplace, and air-to-air heat pump. Water from a well. The house is surrounded by a lovely lawn with outdoor furniture. A rowing boat is included in the rent and is docked by the lake. Why not take it out on the lake and try your hand at fishing for Bass and Pike? Fishing here is free of charge. The bathing dock has a ladder into the water and there is a small sandy beach, suitable for children. If you swim a bit further into the bay you will find very clear water, suitable for snorkling.

Enjoy the beautiful countryside! You will find plenty of berries and mushrooms when the season is right. There are plenty of interesting attractions nearby. Vimmerby is only five kilometres away. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close.
