This spacious chalet is located in Krimml, Austria. There are 5 bedrooms and there is room for 14 people. The accommodation is perfect for a family holiday. From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The village of Krimml is known for its very unique, waterfall, the highest in Europe. In the winter, it only takes a few minutes on the free ski bus or by car to get to the Zillertal Arena skiing area. Winter sports lovers will enjoy this very large skiing area where snow is guaranteed. During the summer, the area is ideal for beautiful walks and mountain bike rides. A trip to beautiful Innsbruck is also possible. The supermarket and various restaurants are just a 1 km walk away.

The chalet is equipped with every possible luxury. There is a relaxation area with a sauna and whirlpool, a great place to fully relax. During the summer, you can enjoy the sun and have a nice barbecue in the garden; and in the winter, the ski boot warmers come in handy. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement, near the relaxation area.

Note: Up to 4 parking spaces are available. Stairs are not equipped with a stair gate for small children.
