Modern holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located at Grønhøj Strand. The house was built in spring 2016 in a bright and spacious style and has a good layout with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house with an adjacent bathroom. This makes the house very suited for 2 families sharing. Furnishings in typical Danish design. The large window sections, the wood-burning stove and the good insulation make the energy-costs low. Open concept kitchen and living room. There is a bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool and access to the sauna as well as a guest bathroom with shower. Both open and covered terrace that has halogen lighting. The level natural plot is perfect for ball games with the children and cosy barbecues. There are swings and sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups.
