Floor-by-floor description

Ground floor : an ample hallway leads to:

- on the left two bedrooms with a bathroom shower

- on the right a sitting room and a dining room, and ahead two bedrooms with a large bathroom and shower, and a washroom with washing machines.

The kitchen stands at the end of the corridor connecting the foregoing rooms.

Garden:

Behind the villa there is a garden with a well, and two premises fitted out for outside showers, equipped with three boilers.

On the first floor, reached via a stairway with a nineteenth century style glass balustrade, there are 4 bedrooms (3 equipped with hot/cold air conditioning units) of which 3 are very large, and two bathrooms. The first-floor landing leads to a large terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and a small orangery.
